The popularity of pakoras lies not only in their unique flavour profile, but also in their affordability. This weekend, we say give into the craving all over again because we’ve got a delicious Pakora Recipe for you to try. Surely they will be loved by everyone not only in ramadan but also in other days. These make a good weekend or evening hi tea snack and can be made easily even when you have guests at your home. Dip in freshly made chutney and lose yourself to the crunch.

Spices Used in Masalas

Spinach Flakes(پالک ), Mint Leaves(پودینہ ), Coriender Leaves(ہرا دھنیا ), Green Chillie Flakes(ہری مرچیں ), Gram flour (بیسن), Cumin White(سفید زیرہ), Coriander Seeds(سوکھا دھنیا), carom seed(اجوائن ), Garlic Powder(لہسن کا پاؤڈر), Red Chilli Flakes(کٹی ہوئی لال مرچ ), Chat Masala(چاٹ مصالحہ), Salt(نمک)


Ingredients Required

Potato
آلو
250gm (small sliced), 250 gm (shredded)
Onion
پیاز
150gm (chopped)
Yogurt
دہی
1 - 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil
ھانے کا تیل
for deep frying

How To Cook

1. Cut Onion and Potatoes

Cut half of potatoes in small sliced and left over shredded. and chopped onion.
آدھے آلو کو چھوٹے سلائس میں کٹ کریں اور آدھنے کو باریک لمبے کاٹ لیں اور پیاز بریک کاٹ لیں

2. Add Onion and Potatoes

In a bowl, mix shredded potatoes, chopped onions, yogurt and OK Crunchy Pakora Mix.

3. Make a paste

Add water as required to form a thick paste.

4. Heat Oil

Heat the oil in a deep pan.

5. Fry Pakoras

Drop tsp-sized portions of the mixture into the oil and fry until golden yellow.
