Ingredients:

  1. Salt
  2. Black pepper
  3. White pepper
  4. Garam masala
  5. Chaat masala
  6. Garlic powder
  7. Ginger powder
  8. Onion powder
  9. Cashew nuts
  10. Almond
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Green chillies
  13. Green cardamom
  14. Clove
  15. Cumin white
  16. Sesame seeds

Ingredients Required:

Fresh Cream    200gm

Milk                50ml

Yogurt            300gm

Cooking oil     1 cup or as needed

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, milk, cream, 2 tbsp of cooking oil and OK Afghani Gravy Masala, apply to meat and marinate for (Chicken 30 minutes, Boiled Goat/ Lamb/ Beef 1-2 hours or overnight).

  2. Heat oil, add marinated meat and set aside the remaining mixture, fry until golden brown.

  3. Now add remaining mixture and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir well for 1 minute.

  4. Separately heat Coal (Koyla) on medium flame. Put 1 clove and 1 cardamom in a aluminium foil cup and place heated coal on it. Place this cup in gravy and sprinkle a little amount of oil on coal and cover it immediately.

  5. Garnish with garnishing masala and serve with hot naan.
