Ingredients:

  1. Tomato powder
  2. Ginger powder
  3. Garlic powder
  4. Turmeric
  5. Garam masala
  6. Paprika
  7. Saffron
  8. Salt
  9. Char Maghaz
  10. Almond
  11. Cashew nut
  12. Onion powder
  13. Coriander seeds
  14. Red chilli
  15. Cumin white
  16. Star anise
  17. Cinnamon
  18. Black pepper
  19. Clove
  20. Nutmeg
  21. Mace

Ingredients Required:

Yogurt            1 cup (½ cup for marination and ½ cup for butter milk-lassi)

Fresh cream    ½ cup

Cooking oil      1 ½ cup or as needed

Method:

  1. Mix yogurt, cream and OK Meat Angara Masala, apply to meat and marinate for (Chicken 30 minutes, Boiled Goat/ Lamb/ Beef 1-2 hours or overnight).

  2. Heat oil, add tarka masala and stir fry for few seconds. Now add marinated meat and cook on medium flame until water dries.

  3. Now add 1 cup of water to remaining yogurt and prepare butter milk - lassi.

  4. Add this prepared buttermilk for gravy and cook until it thickens.

  5. Separately heat Coal (Koyla) on medium flame. Put 1 clove and 1 cardamom in a aluminium foil cup and place heated coal on it. Place this cup in gravy and sprinkle a little amount of oil on coal and cover it immediately.

  6. Garnish with garnishing masala and serve with hot naan.
