‘Parathas’ (Stuffed Bread) are a healthy, delicious and filling food, known as one of the best and popular breakfasts of Pakistan. Anyone would agree that the best way to start a morning with a good appetite would be to indulge yourself into some steaming hot butter-dripping ‘parathas’. Aloo parathas consist of unleavened dough stuffed with a spiced mixture of mashed potato, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa with butter or ghee. Aloo paratha is usually served with butter, chutney, curd or mix pickles in different parts of northern and western India. Sometimes a glass of lassi is served along with it.

How To Cook

1. Boiled potato

Wash and boiled potatoes for 20 to 30 minutes on medium flame (depends on size of potatoes.
٢٠ سے ٣٠ منٹ آلو کو درمیانی آنچ پر ابالیں .

2. Mash boiled potato

Mash boiled and peeled potatoes well.
ابلے اور چھلے ہوئے آلو کا اچھے سے بھرتا بنا لیں

3. Mix All Purpose Flour

Mix OK Aloo Paratha Masala and all purpose flour give it a good mix .
میدہ اور آلو پراٹھا مصالحہ شامل کریں اور اچھے سے مکس کریں

4. Add Mashed Potatoes

Add mashed potatoes in all purpose flour (maida) and knead hard dough.
چورا کیے ہوۓ آلو کو مکس کیے ہوے میدے اور آلو پراٹھا مکس کے ساتھ گوندھ لیں

5. Take some dough

Knead dough and take out small dough and give them a round shape of ball.
آٹا گھوند کے اس میں سے ایک چھوٹا پیڑھا بنائیں اور اسے گول شکل دیں

6. Roll the dough

Roll out dough into round shape with the help of rolling pin.
اب بیلن کی مدد سے اسے گولائی میں بیلیں

7. Fry with ghee

Heat pan and place rolled paratha on it, fry both sides with ghee.
توا گرم کریں اور اس پہ بیلا ہوا پراٹھا ڈالیں، دونوں طرف گھی سے فرائی کریں

Your Aloo Paratha Masala is Ready!

Serve with mint chutney, imli chutney and salad
