Ingredients Required:
Fresh Cream 200gm
Milk 50ml
Yogurt 300gm
Cooking oil 1 cup or as needed
Method:
Mix yogurt, milk, cream, 2 tbsp of cooking oil and OK Afghani Gravy Masala, apply to meat and marinate for (Chicken 30 minutes, Boiled Goat/ Lamb/ Beef 1-2 hours or overnight).
Heat oil, add marinated meat and set aside the remaining mixture, fry until golden brown.
Now add remaining mixture and cook on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes. Stir well for 1 minute.
Separately heat Coal (Koyla) on medium flame. Put 1 clove and 1 cardamom in a aluminium foil cup and place heated coal on it. Place this cup in gravy and sprinkle a little amount of oil on coal and cover it immediately.
Garnish with garnishing masala and serve with hot naan.
